Frank A. Lalama

Vice - President / Chief Financial Officer

Frank A. Lalama is Vice-President of the firm and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Vanguard Companies. Before joining Vanguard in 2007, he was with JP Morgan Chase. During his 5 year tenure at Chase, Mr. Lalama had a broad range of senior management responsibilities including the development of Detroit Area new construction retail finance division. Mr. Lalama has a diversified background in real estate finance, financial consulting and modeling, project feasibility, leasing and construction management. Mr. Lalama also oversees the Distressed Asset Evaluation & Brokerage (DAEB) Division which provides a full range of solutions nationwide for tier one private equity firms from early-stage assessment and valuation through disposition. Mr. Lalama earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Wayne State University. Mr. Lalama is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Building Trades Association (BTA), and proud sponsor of Children’s Hospital of Michigan and Gleaner’s Food Bank.

Kelly Edelstein

Executive Administrator

Kelly joined the Vanguard team in January 2012.  Prior to that, she worked in the Human Resources field for 7 years in roles with progressive responsibilities.  Kelly's background and work experience has given her a wealth of knowledge in office administration.  In addition, she's always had an interest in the real estate industry which makes her well suited to this role.  Kelly graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management.  Kelly is proud to say that she volunteers a portion of her time weekly with Leader Dogs for the Blind in Rochester, Michigan.
